Billing and Insurance Claims
Inview Imaging is an approved provider for most insurance carriers and health plans. We work with self-pay patients to create a financial plan that fits your budget. CONTACT US with any questions or concerns about billing.
We will submit your claim, and any secondary claims, to any insurance company under the benefit coverage you specify, including workers’ compensation, auto insurance, and personal injury. Ultimately, the patient is responsible for payment of the account, including any balance not covered by insurance.
Once insurance has paid, you will receive a statement for your patient balance when applicable. If you believe your statement is incorrect, CONTACT US immediately. Contact your insurance company if they have not paid for your procedure within 30 days. After 30 days we will charge 1.5% interest on all outstanding balances.
Self-Pay Patients
We offer cash discounts at significant savings for fees paid in full at the time of service. Payment plans are available for self-paying patients who are unable to pay fees in full at the time of service. Please CONTACT US before your appointment to learn more about procedure costs or to set up a payment plan.
Preauthorization or Referral
Before making your appointment, contact your insurance company or plan administrator to find out if your insurance requires preauthorization for your exam or referral from a physician.
Injury Patients
Workers’ Compensation, automobile, or personal injury patients need the name and address of their attorney and/or claim information to assist in the billing process. It is very helpful to obtain this information prior to coming to your appointment and bring it with you.0
Cancellation Policy
Please provide our staff with 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Simply call or email — see our [Contact Us] page for details.

Your Results
The technologist transfers the images from your exam to one of our radiologists, who specializes in analyzing images of the specific area of the body you had examined. The radiologist will then prepare a diagnostic report to share with the doctor who referred you to us.
Your doctor will review this report in the context of your overall care and discuss the results with you.
If you have questions about your next steps or follow-up appointments, please give your doctor’s office a call.
