Frank J. Taddeo

Frank J. Taddeo is an AV-rated attorney who has been named to Who’s Who in American Law.  He graduated from Temple University School of Law with honors.  In 1987, Mr. Taddeo was hired by the Honorable Janet Reno to be an Assistant State Attorney for the Dade County State Attorney’s Office.  While at the Dade County State Attorneys Office he prosecuted homicide, sexual assault, robbery and drug trafficking cases.  He was a member of the Career Criminal Task Force.    

Since 1991, his practice has concentrated in the areas of personal injury, workers’ compensation, insurance coverage disputes, and maritime claims.  He has lectured on the subject of workers’ compensation and civil trial practice across the state for the Florida Bar.  He has also appeared on local public television to speak and comment upon the laws of the workplace and the Florida Workers’ Compensation Act.  

Mr. Taddeo is a member of the Florida Bar Trial Lawyers Section and the Workplace Injury Litigation Group.  He has served on the Professional Ethics Committee of the Florida Bar and on its Standing Committee on Professionalism.  He also served as Chair of Florida Bar’s Workers Compensation Rules Advisory Committee.
