Originally from France, Dr. O’Neill moved to the the Sunshine State at the age of Sixteen.
She obtained her undergraduate degree in biochemistry/biology from Florida State University and moved to the island of St. Kitts and Nevis (West Indies) to pursue her veterinary studies at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. She completed her clinical year
at the University of Florida and obtained her Veterinary Degree in 2016. A year after starting her career in general practice, she decided to pursue training in emergency medicine at Coral Spring Animal Hospital where she practiced at for a few years. She eventually, decided to return to general practice/urgent care in 2019 where she continued to to pursue training in surgery, ultrasonography, and echocardiography.
Her interests in the field revolve around preventative care, dental care, emergency medicine, internal medicine, surgery, cardiology, and end of life care.
She is fear free certified and takes pride in practicing with always minding how to minimize the stress her patients experience during their visits.
She resides in Plantation with her husband Jonny, daughter Ocean, and three dogs Prince (Cavapoo), Buttons (Pomeranian), and Willow (Bernedoodle).
When she is not at work, Dr. O’Neill likes to spend her time with her family, and friends. She enjoys being a mom and watching her daughter grow, discovering places she has never been to before, painting, practicing self care, and cuddling with her pack of adorable fur babies.
