At Summit Athletix, we use an intentional, systematic approach to teach tumbling skills. This approach was developed from decades of working with athletes of all ages and skill levels. Our purpose is to create confidence in skills which increases safety and reduces the likelihood of fear. Unlike many tumbling curriculums, we focus on front tumbling before back movements. We believe this contributes to a longevity of increased confidence and a reduced likelihood of crippling fear.
